Anyone who sings in the bath tub hears the whole orchestra
inside their head. They don't miss a single instrument, nor is one missing.
My metaphorical bath tub stands on the stage. So what I do in it in front of
my audience is very intimate...but, while they are listening and looking, they
realise that not a single instrument is amiss.
